There’s no internal experience or caring motive behind it. Humans, by contrast, rely on genuine connection: reading body language, sharing experiences, and providing authentic support.

In real-world terms, this means AI could assist in areas like counseling or conflict mediation (for example, suggesting how to address a grievance), but it won’t fully replace human touch.
